Alexandre is DealMaker’s Partner and Co-founder, since 2002. From the company’s beginning, Alexandre has been involved in several M&A, Corporate Restructuring and Business Development projects. Between 2005 and 2006, he was nominated Bematech S.A. VP Executive to lead the company’s Restructuring Project.
Alexandre was the VP Executive of .comDominio, JP Morgan’s start-up. He was also Senior Manager of New Business Development of Brasil Telecom, where he was responsible for several Acquisition Processes, as well development of new business areas and innovative technologic solutions.
Alexandre had worked at Shell Brasil for 9 years in areas such as network development, strategic planning and sales automation. His last position at the company was National Manager of New Business Development, responsible for the country chain.
Alexandre has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (Uberlândia Federal University), a master degree in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) [Aeronautics Technological Institute] and a Post graduate degree in Business Administration from IBMEC/PDG EXEC.
Omar is the Senior Partner of DealMaker, since 2005. At DealMaker, Omar has concentrated his extensive leadership experience to conduct M&A projects.
Omar was the CEO and Board of Directors VP at Varig Linhas Aéreas, when the Restructuring Program was defined and implemented, in 2005.
He is former CEO of AT&T Brazil and member of the Company’s International Management Committee. Omar was CEO of Shell Brasil where he held several management positions for 28 years, both in Brazil and abroad. He was also CEO of Billiton Metais in Brazil.
Omar is member of Board of Directors of Energisa S.A., Brascan Residential Properties S/A, Cultura Inglesa S.A., Brasoil S/A and Brazil Fast Food Corporation (“Bob’s”). Former member of Board of Directors of Valesul, Mineração Rio do Norte, Alumar and VarigLog. He has extensive experience in institutional organizations as CACB (Confederation of Brazilian Commercial Association), where he is the Estrategic VP, besides positions at Ação Empresarial, Amcham Brasil, Brazil-USA Business Council and Sindicom.
Omar has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Faculdade de Ciências Políticas e Econômicas do Rio de Janeiro (Rio de Janeiro School of Political and Economic Sciences) and a graduate degree in Financial Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Getúlio Vargas Foundation).
Daniel has more than 10 years experience in Consulting, Mergers and Acquisitions and Organizational Restructuring in several industry sectors such as Telecom, IT, Energy, Services, among others.
Between 2009 and 2010, Daniel was CEO of Softcorp, an Ideiasnet portfolio company, where he led a Restructuring Program, and is now a Board of Directors Member.
DealMaker’s Partner since 2005, Daniel conducted Consulting projects for two years. Before that Daniel had worked as Project Manager at BNM Consulting, focusing in M&A and Strategic Due Diligence operations, where he was Senior Manager for 3 years.
Daniel is former Manager of Marketing and New Business Development of .comDominio Data Centers, an IT start-up controlled by JP Morgan. He has worked as New Business Analyst at Brasil Telecom, where he actively participated in the company’s M&A processes and developed new opportunities and technologic solutions. Moreover, Daniel has worked as Consultant at Fórum Estratégia Ltda and Planning Analyst at Bob’s.
Daniel has an undergraduate degree in Economics from IBMEC Business School of Rio de Janeiro.
Arnaldo has conducted projects in Strategic Planning, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Development in several Industry sectors such as Energy, IT, Services and Retail, among others.
DealMaker’s Partner since 2007, Arnaldo has developed and implemented several Consulting and Restructuring Projects, as well as Projects of accelerated growth based on StepChange® methodology. He is now Board of Directors Member of a client, and conducts M&A projects at DealMaker.
Previously, Arnaldo was Senior Manager of DealMaker for 2 years. He had worked also as Senior Associate at Direct Link, a consultancy company focused in Marketing and Sales.
Arnaldo was Co-founder and Marketing Director of Bizavista, a B2B company that offered ASP solutions for small business. He was also shareholder in a VOIP start-up and worked as an independent consultant in several start-up projects. Arnaldo was Marketing Analyst of Grupo Ultra.
Arnaldo studied Civil Engineering at Escola Politécnica da USP (São Paulo University Polytechnic School), where he was the president of a junior company. Arnaldo has further education in quality & productivity from ITCQ-USP.
DealMaker’s Partner since 2010, Marcos has developed and implemented several Consulting and Restructuring Projects, as well as Projects of accelerated growth based on StepChange® methodology.
Marcos has more than 10 years’ experience in the sectors of Telecom, IT, Services and Management Consulting.
He held several Senior Management positions at Telefônica do Brasil and Optiglobe (Tivit). He had also worked at McKinsey & Co. and Promon.
Marcos has an undergraduate degree in Business from FGV-EAESP, MBA from Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania, and Masters in International Relations and Economics from the School of Advanced Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
