In a period of scarcity of capital for risky businesses, we advised A de Agro, a data and insights startup for agribusiness founded in 2019, on its Series A fundraising of R$28M.


We engage in an open track fundraising process, in which we participate in the structuring of a new brand, formulation of the short and long-term growth strategy, construction of the narrative, pitch deck and business model, approaches to investors, due diligence, and negotiation of final contracts.

The company's ability to work with proprietary artificial intelligence models to measure farm productivity and identify different crops, and to have relevant clients in the sector such as Bayer and Banco Alfa, along with the consistency of the preparation process for fundraising, were decisive in attracting qualified investors.


With the resources from the round, A de Agro aims to monitor other crops, such as coffee and cotton, in addition to including more product offerings on the platform, such as a marketplace for inputs and insurance for producers.
