We started our collaboration with 2TM Group in 2019, leading the process of preparing and executing their fundraising journey. 2TM, the holding company for Mercado Bitcoin, built a powerful vision and business ecosystem with the aim of becoming a world reference in innovation in services and infrastructure for the Blockchain-based financial market.

We act as an integral part of the 2TM team on multiple fronts - strategy, governance and infrastructure for accessing the capital markets. In this project, the construction of the equity story was especially relevant to overcome the still low knowledge of investments about the sector.

The quality and rigor of the process preparation were crucial to attract an exceptional group of series A investors, concluded in January 2021, resulting in the investment of GP Investments, Parallax Ventures, Fundo Évora, HS Investimentos and Banco Genial.

After that, in line with 2TM's strategic planning, we started preparing for access to the capital markets through an IPO scheduled for 2021, in which we coordinated all the fundamental steps, from audits to the formation of the bank syndicate. ​

At the same time, we conducted discussions with private investors, which resulted in the series B round with Softbank, forming the first Brazilian unicorn in Crypto. The expertise in the segment, the experience with companies with exponential growth, and the financial capacity of Softbank made it the ideal partner to support the next stage of growth and development of the 2TM group's business.
