We advised Plusoft, the Brazilian leader in the SaaS software segment for People Experience, in the process of acquiring DTM, concomitantly with the process of financing the acquisition via financial institutions and investors. Together with the company, we formulated a growth strategy and an equity story that would benefit from an acquisition with a high level of synergy with the company's offerings and capabilities. We carried out screening and approaches that culminated in the selection of DTM, then part of the IBOPE group, as the preferred target for a 100% acquisition.
For DTM, a transaction with Plusoft would guarantee access to a robust sales force and corporate and enterprise customers, and for the leader in the segment, the acquisition of the largest data & insights platform for consumption at the time would represent a relevant addition to its growth. Based on the potential to generate value together, we lead the business due diligence process and negotiations until the conclusion of the transaction, concomitantly with the formulation and execution of an acquisition finance project to ensure Plusoft has the financial capacity to complete the acquisition.
