​We engaged with ATTA and FISHER teams in a Dual Track advisory project with a view to a relevant transaction and evaluation of opportunities with strategic investors.

​The preparation process for the transaction involved the formulation of an equity story that best represented the company's capabilities for the capital market and that was used in approaches to potential investors. The consistency of this preparation process was crucial for attracting investors, among them QuintoAndar, the second largest Brazilian unicorn.

The expertise in the segment by the largest housing platform in Latin America and the potential synergy created from the sum of these two players were essential for the agility and efficiency of the negotiation process, making it the ideal partner to boost the growth and development of the company's business, resulting in the unicorn acquiring 100% of the company. To this end, we lead the process of analysis, due diligence and negotiation between companies.
