An analysis of changes in the global ranking between 2021 and 2025 reveals key shifts:


  • San Francisco remains dominant, but its lead over New York has narrowed;


  • London stands out with the highest growth among the Top 3 (+30%), reinforcing its position as Europe’s leading hub;


  • Beijing has overtaken Boston to claim the 5th spot, driven by over 25% growth;


  • Paris and Mumbai are among the top risers, each posting growth above 30%;


  • Seoul enters the Top 20 for the first time, following three consecutive years of accelerated growth;


  • Singapore has climbed 10 positions since 2022 and is now nearing the Top 10, with growth exceeding 50%.


While established hubs retain their strength, emerging regional powerhouses are gaining ground and the global race for talent, capital, and innovation is more competitive than ever.
