After a turbulent 2022, with scarcer sources for attracting investments, Brazilian startups once again announced more robust rounds in the second half of 2023.

The numbers do not compare to the boom in contributions in 2021, but they show stability of the ecosystem. Last year, startups received US$1.9 billion in investments in Brazil, in 435 rounds.

Of the 10 main fundraising in the year, only 30% were carried out in the first half of the year and 40% were Series B rounds.

The biggest fundraising of the year was from fintech QI Tech, followed by Gympass, Creditas e Nomad -all in the second half of the year. Fifth place is occupied by Digibee, seguido por Daki, Mottu, Órigo Energia, TRACTIAN e Gringo.
